I am Mark Magnaye.
I am a visual designer and artist.
Since 2012, I’ve been working as a visual communicator. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from the University of the Philippines and later completed a Master’s in Visual & Experience Design in Berlin. I’m currently based in Vienna and working internationally.
Multidisciplined.
My work spans graphic design, illustration, photography, and experience design across both digital and print. I’m comfortable switching between tools and scales, from tiny UI details to large visual systems. I enjoy the variety. Different projects bring different problems, but the goal stays the same: make things look good and actually make sense.
Meaningful.
My goal is simple: to bridge communication through visuals that are beautiful, effective, and meaningful. If it doesn’t communicate clearly, it’s just decoration. If it doesn’t feel human, it’s just noise. I’m always aiming for the sweet spot in between.
